Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our services.

Account Creation

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Only one account per user/IP address is allowed. Multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.

Use of Platform

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful activity

• Circumvent security systems or exploit bugs

• Use bots or automation to manipulate the system

Profit System & Financial Terms

The profit percentages and structures on our platform may be changed at any time without prior notice.

No user can legally dispute or challenge the change in profit ratio or business policies in any court or legal forum.

All investments and earnings are subject to risk and change.

Fraud & Suspension

If we suspect that your account is engaged in fraud, fake referrals, fake KYC, or money laundering:

• Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated

• All pending balances may be withheld

• The decision is final and cannot be disputed

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or profit due to technical issues

• Service interruptions due to third-party providers

• Market volatility affecting user balances

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and tools are the property of Payza.pro. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Any Country. Any disputes will be resolved internally and shall not be brought before any court of law.

Withdrawal Policy

To maintain fair usage and system integrity, the following withdrawal rules apply:

1. Referral Requirement

   • You must have at least 3 active referral users to be eligible for withdrawals.

   • An "active referral" means a user who has joined via your referral link and is actively participating.

2. Frequency Limits

   • A user may make a maximum of 1 withdrawal per day and no more than 2 withdrawals per week.

3. Withdrawal Method Policy

   • Withdrawals must be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name.

   • Using someone else’s Binance or payment account is not allowed.

   • Violation may result in withdrawal rejection or account suspension.

4. Early Investment Termination

   • If you choose to end an investment before maturity, a 15% deduction applies.

5. Fraud, Multiple Accounts, or Policy Violation

   • If fraud, fake referrals, fake KYC, or multiple accounts are detected, withdrawals will be blocked, accounts may be closed, and funds may be withheld.
